Find gems and precious metals, and sell them to make big money

    • Flash-based cool graphics
    • Great game idea
    • Perfect timewaster
    • Screentouch response could be improved
    • Not really intuitive how to buy/sell metals

    "My precious!"

You embody an old miner looking for making a fortune for retirement. You start with a hand-pick and a bag to collect gems and metals. Get as much as you can. But it isn't going to be that easy. You will have to buy upgrades with your profits to get better tools: stairs, seismic analyzers, lifts, ladders, and so on. That tools will help you out to dig deeper and to find more precious metals that will make you earn even more money. But be careful! Don't run your stamina out or you will get stuck on the depth of the mine.

You control the miner by tapping on the direction you want him to move. The same for digging: tap on the rock you want him to smash. You have a bag to keep all the stuff you collect as well as your special tools.

There are different game modes: "Main game" in which you will have to advanced through levels by collecting as much as gems and metals as you can. "Challenge mode" that contains timed challenges and many other missions that you will have to unlock.

This is the free version of Gem Miner, but there's also a paid version called Gem Miner: Dig deeper (£1.35), that brings extra-features, unlock levels and support for bluetooth Zeemote JS1 controller. And it's ad-free.

Gem Miner has been developed by the well-known Psym Mobile, a developer focused on mobile games flash based.

Too simple. Neither the game itself nor the decisions you need to make are particularly complex.

OK game but gets boring pretty quick. Upgraded light several times and there was barely any difference, if any at all. Biggest problem is that if the screen turns off, even for a second, all progress since the last save is lost. That's a major issue and makes the game unplayable for me.

I gave this discounted app a shot, but it's really nothing great. The controls are horrific, the graphics are outdated and there's no ambiental music. I guess the second one is better.

The game is ok, but I think u should fix a problem: When I am playing and the screen turns off, the game returms to main menu and lost all actual progress so the only option I have is load a saved gamefile; please fix that problem and add an autosave option. Sorry my bad english devs hehe
