    A 2D action sidescroller

    • Free
    • Pulp superhero comics design
    • Gameplay should be enhanced

    "Hitler's a zombie and he's striking back!"

War Hero doesn't need much introduction. It's a 2D sideview sidescroller in which your character can move left or rightwards and beat enemies in hand to hand combat or shoot them down. In addition, your supersoldier can invoke elemental forces to help him on his way to eradicate the nazi zombie threat once for all.

This politically incorrect game, where zombies are beheaded, show their bare bones and splash blood around in the midst of a lot of Third Reich nearly undisguised paraphernalia reminds us of umpteen Flash games. There are some weapons to be bought, fascistoid zombies to be beaten and a bunch of different stages. In some you have to reach a certain point, in other you stay in the middle of the screen fending off incoming waves of enemies. Gameplay is clumsy and touch response is awful, but if you want to give a go to this bravely designed game, go ahead. It's free after all.
