ivo Games' Bacterium is an arcade-style game wherein you must defeat the bacterial menace by shooting them full of the appropriate drugs.
Aim your pill pusher at the correct color of bacteria to send the medicine flying. If your aim is true, you'll cause the cell to swell; do it thrice and the thing will explode. Too many meds floating free around the screen will hurt the host cell, so aim with caution. Earn cash for killing off all the bacteria in a level, which you can use towards upgrades.
The game mechanics are too simple to hold anyone's interest for very long, and the graphics and sound design are nothing to write home about.
ivo Games' Bacterium is a basic color-matching shooting game without a ton of replay value, unless you just really dig on germs.
