There's no need to make things explode or run furiously to have some fun. A game can be challenging at its own pace. As an example, Spot Goes Down. Simplest gameplay ever: a spot which looks like a small piece of a meteor, is falling down. The falling won't be easy though since dozens of spiked platforms are threatening the poor spot on its way down. Avoid them by tilting your device left and right but keep in mind that there are no borders: if you tilt too much to the right the spot will show up again from the left side. The further you get, the higher the score.
The game is set in steampunk-like graphics that gives it that special touch that other successful indie games also feature. Minimalism on visuals though: a spotted notebook sheet as background and charcoal-drawing artwork. Its excellent relaxing music gets you in the game's mood. The only catch of this game is that it lacks of online leaderboards. Global leaderboards perfectly match this kind of the furthest-you-get-the-better games. Besides, an great game, perfect to play before going to sleep.

Spot wants to go home. Destiny brought him to the top of the notebook sheet and now he has a long way down after his first jump. Just tilt your device and spot will be moved. Land on the safe platform to reduce the rate of fall. Go through all the platforming elements, help him to return home and get ready to a great challenge after jumping in the new timekiller!
