    "Time to play marbles again"

Very well, this is how it works: if you played -thereby loved- Abalone at the time, look for the "download" tab and go ahead. For sure, trust us.

In case you haven't ever played Abalone, or you haven't even ever heard about it, know that it was one of the latest gift XX Century gave us, a game that took two minutes to learn but you fell for a lifetime. To start with, this game comes with one of the most comprehensive and useful tutorials ever, indeed we wonder why not all poker, chess and whatever board games for mobile devices don't come with similar introductory features.

User interface and graphics are above average to what we are used to, looking great even on low end devices. Game brings a level-based "campaign", so solo playing becomes a delight over 60 levels peppered with quite a handful achievements. In addition, all known variants of the game have been included and there's an editor in case that isn't enough. Of course, there's a hotseat multiplayer option to liven up your bus trips, and also an asynchronous online option.

Anyway, it's how all board game apps should be, able to not only add a new way to play Abalone, but also lure new players into it.

It never let me play the first level and kept on putting my beads back when I was moving them

Have always enjoyed the physical board game - nicer to have AI to play against with daily challenges! Thank you.
