Game Dev Story Lite
by: Kairosoft Co.,Ltd • 23.3K
There are several management games to download. How to choose among a farm, a restaurant or a game developer company?
If you didn't doubt your response, here's Game Dev Story. It's really a nice game. You have to take care of hiring your programmers, graphic designers and sound technicians in order to create a videogame able to sell one million copies. It doesn't sound easy and in fact, it isn't. You should set your project accurately, select a platform and decide how to advertise your game. You can also hire hackers or purchase special items to boost your employees performance. Don't forget to coach them to avoid burn-out and the stresses and strains of full-time work.
The game's 8-bit isometric art style, just to bring you back to old NES times. The user interface is pretty intuitive, although there are a lot of options to master. An emoticon system shows the characters' mood, so you'll progress a lot if you're paying attention.
This demo version allows to play only for two full in-game years, but it has all the features of the paid version. Anyway, Game Dev Story is one of the most addictive management game we've ever found.
