4 IN A 3D ROW
by: NEONFIVE STUDIO • 27
This full version includes OpenFeint leaderboards and support as well as no restrictions regarding multiplayer mode and achievements.
You've played hundreds of times 4 in a line board game, however, you've never played it this way. NEONFIVE studio has made the most of 3D technology to offer an original and highly playable game.
4 in a 3D Row features a 3D cube as a board game. This cube is linked by lines and nodes: each node is a tile where you can place your gems. Your goal is, obviously, get 4 in a row, no matter diagonal, vertical or horizontal lines. Odds increases: now you can make cube-internal lines. However, be careful: your opponent will be able too.
One of the strongest point of this game is its leveling system. As you progress you'll be able to unlock difficulty levels, achievements and turntime modes. XP isn't just for unlocking features: get as many points as you can and submit your scores on Openfeint leaderboards (only full version). There's a single (campaign-like) mode, and online multiplayer mode. The latter allows you to play against players from around the World.
The game is set in neat interface, stunning 3D graphics with effects that require medium/high-end devices to run smooth. Controls are intuitive: just slide to rotate the cube and tap the node to place a gem. However, navigation through menus isn't such intuitive, a bit chaotic I would say. Despite of this, we got here an original, challenging and social game.

This is a game that is visually stunning as well as so much fun that it is like a whole new level of a combination of several other games combined. You really have to concentrate and keep the cube oriented in your mind and be able to know what places have been occupied or you will become so confused that you will not ever be able to win.
