Fantasy city exasperating management? - Check

In-app purchases galore? You name it, it's there!

And that's it. Legend is a yet-another fantasy management that has little to contribute to the genre. Of course, artwork is pretty good, but that's the least you may ask for in a game as such. It isn't a bad game, but unfortunately these games are sold a dime a dozen. Give it a go if you are already into similar games, otherwise get out before things get too... boring.
