Although is understandable that the $4 tag will discourage some, those daring enough to install Gemini Rue will find a beautiful game set on a futuristic dystopic setting. A game about survival first, but about the fate of mankind at the end.
This version of Gemini Rue is a port of the original PC 2011 game, conveniently fit for touch screens. Everything good from the original game has been brought, though all the cliches have also found their way through. As too many other ports, we have to praise how faithful is to the original in every sense and how wonderful is to (re)play those outstanding games on our mobile devices; but also regret this as the lost chance it is to add something to it, something able to multiply users' experience knowing what we know now.
Anyway, no matter how you look at it, it's an awesome graphic adventure with an outstanding atmosphere and a more than worthy storyline.
And it's quite long, so you'll recoup your investment.

Azriel Odin, ex-assassin, arrives on the rain-drenched planet of Barracus. When things go horribly wrong, he can only seek help from the very criminals he used to work for.
Meanwhile, across the galaxy, a man called Delta-Six wakes up in a hospital with no memory. Without knowing where to turn or who to trust, he vows to escape before he loses his identity completely.
As fate brings these two closer together, we discover a world where life is cheap, identities are bought and sold, and a quest for redemption can change the fate of a whole galaxy.
