The official BBC app offers accurate, visual weather info, worldwide

    • Quick and easy to use
    • Visual forecast
    • Official Met Office app
    • UK flood warnings
    • Not all locations can be found

    "Trusted forecasts from the Beeb"

The BBC Weather app provides official forecast information from the Beeb, in association with the UK Met Office, to give you a quick, visual picture of the weather where you are (and in the rest of the world).

The app is really quick and easy to use (as it should be) and gives you an uncluttered, yet detailed glance at the weather for now, throughout the day, and the week ahead.

The BBC app is brought in association with the UK Met Office, which assures you that the forecasts will be accurate. It's quick and intuitive to navigate, and gives you a very visual glance at the weather. You can also check for floods and severe weather warnings in the UK.

Adding favorite locations is as easy as searching for them, and can be quickly deleted by swiping left. You can also easily share the weather outlook via WhatsApp, email, social media, and you edit the Celsius and Fahrenheit, and mph and km/h for wind speeds.

Not all locations can be found via the search. For example, while testing the app in Barcelona, I searched for the name of the town where the Appszoom office is based (Cerdanyola), and it didn't come up. But most 'main' locations are served.
