PeopleGuru Mobile connects you with your coworkers and your employer’s HCM.
Registration is required to use this application. To register you will need the following information:
• Your company URL (example xxx.xxxxx.com) assigned by PeopleGuru to your employer
• Your mobile number or email address that is on file with your employer
When you log in, you may not see all the features listed below. You will have access to the HCM mobile features that your employer has elected for self service.
• Socially collaborate with your coworkers, management, and membership groups
• Award your coworkers with badges and points
• View your pay and W2 statements
• View and download or email an income verification letter
• Manage your own personal profile information including photo, contact information, education, experience, certifications, honors and awards, and more.
• Access and sign eDocuments
• Enroll in benefits during open enrollment or after qualifying events
• View current benefit plan information and substitute benefit cards
• View and request time off
• Track time & labor and check in and out of places
• Update your availability for work hours
• Access a directory of coworkers and follow their posts on the Daily Feed or send a direct message
• All application requests and transactions are sent to PeopleGuru's secure servers. Personal information is not stored locally on your device.
• All network traffic between the mobile device and the server is encrypted.
• All information cached on the mobile device is encrypted, such as username and company credentials.
• Login sessions time out from inactivity.
• Your account will be locked out by too many login failures.
• You may recover or reset forgotten user IDs and passwords.
