I created this program to give you all an insight into what kind of exercises I do while I’m pregnant and how my routine changes.
This program can be done at home with little or no weights.
During pregnancy you have to adjust your usual routine to accommodate your growing belly and to ensure the safety of you and your baby.
This program contains two weeks of workouts, the first week is designed to be done during the second trimester of pregnancy and the routine changes once your reach the third trimester.
Although pregnancy isn’t the best time to test your limits, if your doctor allows it, exercising during pregnancy is one of the best things you can do for you and your baby!

Always check with your doctor before starting a new workout!
If you are very active or did intense aerobic activities before becoming pregnant, you may be able to keep up your workouts, as long as your doctor says it's safe.
Whatever type of exercise you choose, make sure to take frequent breaks and remember to drink plenty of fluids. Also use common sense - slow down or stop if you get short of breath or feel uncomfortable.
