I created this program to give you all an insight into what kind of exercises I do while I’m pregnant and how my routine changes.

This program can be done at home with little or no weights.

During pregnancy you have to adjust your usual routine to accommodate your growing belly and to ensure the safety of you and your baby.

This program contains two weeks of workouts, the first week is designed to be done during the second trimester of pregnancy and the routine changes once your reach the third trimester.

Although pregnancy isn’t the best time to test your limits, if your doctor allows it, exercising during pregnancy is one of the best things you can do for you and your baby!

+ Preparing your body for easy labour and delivery
    + Helps you feel good
+ Keeps you as “pain-free” as possible
+ Return to your pre-pregnancy weight sooner and easier
    + Easier recovery after baby
+ Increased energy & improved sleep
+ Reduce pregnancy related problems, like back pain, swelling, and constipation

Always check with your doctor before starting a new workout!

If you are very active or did intense aerobic activities before becoming pregnant, you may be able to keep up your workouts, as long as your doctor says it's safe.

Whatever type of exercise you choose, make sure to take frequent breaks and remember to drink plenty of fluids. Also use common sense - slow down or stop if you get short of breath or feel uncomfortable.

    + Stay hydrated
    + Don’t over-do it
    + Use lighter weights
    + Engage your core
    + Never hold your breath

+ The 1st workout in the second trimester is free. The remaining workouts are locked and require a one time purchase of $59.99 USD. Pricing is in USD, it may appear as more or less depending on your currency exchange.

+ Please note, you must have an active internet connection to use this app.

+ Your program progress will save locally on your phone. If you want to save it dynamically to your user account, as well as your weight history, you have to sign up with email.
