The animations and pictures that show you what muscles you are working are great, because that allows you to really focus on the movements that you make. There are over 300 workouts, so you are given the chance to try new things that you might not have tried before. Finally, the app also helps you with recovery, so you will know when you can hit the gym again.
Unfortunately, you do need internet access to use this app, which can really eat away at your battery in the gym. It also competes with your music.
