    Nowadays, it's usually not easy to find time to workout during a working day. However, there is an app that has been created in order to help you stay fit and, therefore, reduce your stress: PhyzYou.

    PhyzYou is a handy app that will make you find that time you thought you didn't have to exercise during the day. Thanks to its fun animated workout videos, you will discover plenty of new exercises that you can do everywhere, and in less than two minutes!

    In addition, you can plan a routine with the videos and set a playback schedule, where you can select the playback days, active hours and the time between playbacks. You can even set an alarm and choose the notification sound.

    It has never been that easy to stay fit!

    THE PROS

    The best thing about PhyzYou is that it tries to solve a real problem that, in our society, is as common as worrying. Additionally, the videos are short but they contain valuable information, its graphics are fantastic and the playback options are also really useful.

    THE CONS

    If we had to say a negative thing about this app, it would be that there is just one free animated video. So, if you want to watch all of them you will have to pay.

    It’s the 21st century and unfortunately, everyone is working more hours and using the "no-time- to-exercise" excuse more than ever. But what if you could actually work out at your desk?
