    Let’s face it. Modern life is very, very stressful. There’s work, family life, and even dealing with simple relationships. For those looking to take a quick 5-minute break, there’s Simple Habit Meditation. You just first listen to the five-minute introduction, which has a voiceover actress telling you what to do, with a soothing track playing in the background, and then, you’ll be able to choose what situation you’re facing, whether it’s work, family, and more. Once you’re done with the five minutes, you’ll get access to 10 and 20 minute sessions.


    Simple Habit Meditation’s user interface allows you to quickly select the situation and the soothing track to go with it. The voiceover actress also sounds very mellow. There’s truly a great soundtrack here that will help you feel relaxed.


    I really, really wish the voiceover actress didn’t talk to me so much to truly meditate, since it’s very distracting. You’re also limited to pretty much a demo of the actual app, forcing you into a subscription plan for more
