First off, that's how it went: within the unfathomable ocean of fitness apps, one of them stood out. Of course, fitness is a too vague concept as to encompass everything in a single app, so let's focus in this app for abs for now. In fact, abs are important for too many reasons as to count them here, so it seems a good start.
Have for sure that Runtastic won't magically make you look like Bruce Lee, if you want to brag of your belly that must be earned through will and temple. However, this app can be useful because it gather the best of many similar previous apps. In addition to exercises, videos and useful stuff, its main feature is the "virtual trainer", who keeps track of your progress and gives tips away. This trainer is in practice far more useful than you would expect at first, and if you have the determination to start a plan and a minimum of steadfastness, this app really works.
Give it a go. Do yourself a favor. You'll live more.
