The app will poke you daily with a reminder to note five things for which you are thankful. These can take the form of a simple bullet point list, so jotting them down is quick and easy. Add a photo to each entry, either something you find inspirational or one that you've snapped from the daily. Rank the day from 1 to 5 stars - although you may find you're constantly ranking your days at 5 since you'll start to see how many good things you have in your life!
It's simple to search through your entries if you're trying to remember one specific day. You can also email entries to friends or yourself, although this is totally optional - there's even a passcode protect option if you'd like to make sure your journaling stays private.
The design is clean and cute - the smiling buddha is a lovely touch. The features are quick to learn and easy to use.
